Notify/email some/all account members

As an account administrator, there are occasions when I’d like to communicate to some or all of the people in our account.
Doing so today entails exporting all to Excel, then sorting, filtering, copy and pasting into an email.
Being able to natively filter and select by attributes that already exist (System Role, Department, etc.), and send an email notification from Projectplace would be an awesome feature addition.
